Will we need to install the glass on-site or do your windows come pre-glazed?
Our windows and doors come fully assembled with complete glass, frame, sash, and hardware installed. You can directly install them into your wall opening upon arrival.

What is your warranty policy and how are problems handled?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame unfading and non-peeling, as well as proper hardware operation. In case of quality issues, immediate replacement parts will be provided and sent via international courier.
