Packaging & Shipping
Step 1. Corner & Film Protection
Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.
Step 2. Steel Pallet Loading
Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and with about 10-15 units of doors & windows.
Step 3. Secure Fixation & Dust Protection
All goods fixed by steel bar with screws one by one to the iron pallets, ensuring an unshakable pallet. Wrap the whole pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.
Step 4. Container Loading with Air Bags
Use forklift to load the goods into container, insert pallet space with air bags to ensure 100% safe transportation. Container loading process with careful inspection.
