Packing & Loading Details
Step 1: Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.
Step 2: Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and with about 10-15 units of doors & windows.
Step 3: All goods fixed by steel bar with screws one by one to the iron pallets to ensure stability. Wrapped with protection film against water and dust.
Step 4: Use forklift to load into container, inserting pallet space with air bags to ensure 100% safe transportation.

What is your main product range?
We supply complete window and door systems (including profiles, hardware, accessories, glass) as well as finished customized products ready for direct installation.
How can I get an accurate quotation for my project?
Price is based on specific requirements. Please provide shop drawings/window schedules showing dimensions, quantity, frame color, and glass specification (single/double, thickness, tint, Low-E coating).
What is the standard lead time for delivery?
Standard production and delivery time is approximately 38 days after deposit payment and drawing approval.
What are your standard payment terms?
Normally 30% - 50% of the total amount by T/T as a deposit, with the remaining balance paid before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
Do windows come with glass pre-installed?
Yes, glass is installed at the factory based on window dimensions to guarantee safe transportation and easy site installation. Onsite glazing is recommended for extra-large custom sizes.
What kind of quality warranty is provided?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering non-fading/non-peeling frames and proper working hardware under standard operations. Replacement parts are dispatched promptly via international courier.
