Q6: What is your warranty? What do we do in case of problems?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading or peel-off, and hardware/accessories working properly under correct operation. 10 years warranty for German hardware. In case of quality issues, replacement parts will be provided by international courier for immediate delivery if in stock, or within 10-15 days depending on material ordering time.
