Yes, complete assembly including glass, frame, sash, and hardware is completed in the factory. You only need to install them directly into your wall opening onsite.
Q6: What warranty coverage do you provide?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading and non-peel-off, as well as proper functioning of hardware and accessories under correct operation. A 10-year warranty is included for German hardware.
