Our windows and doors come fully assembled with glass, frame, sash, and hardware completed in the factory. You can install them directly into your wall openings upon arrival.
Q6 What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering non-fading and non-peeling frames, alongside properly functioning hardware under normal operation. A 10-year warranty is also provided for German hardware. Replacement parts are dispatched immediately via international courier in case of quality issues.
