Delivery time is typically 28–45 days after the deposit and shop drawings are confirmed. Our standard powder-coating colors include Frost Black and Silver Grey, with custom RAL colors available upon request.
Do the windows come fully assembled with glass installed?
Yes, our windows and doors come fully assembled complete with glass, frame, sash, and hardware so you can install them directly into your wall openings on site.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame finish (against fading or peeling) and proper functionality of hardware and accessories under normal operation. Replacement parts are dispatched quickly via international courier when needed.
