We supply complete window systems (including profiles, hardware, accessories, and glass) as well as finished products custom-made and ready for direct installation.
Q2 How can I get an accurate price quotation?
Pricing is based on specific project requirements. Please provide:
1) Shop drawing or window schedule displaying dimensions, quantity, and type.
2) Desired frame color.
3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, Low-E, tinted, reflective, with or without Argon gas).
Q3 Are windows manufactured in standard sizes?
Our products are custom-made. All windows and doors are manufactured according to the buyer's precise dimensions and structural specifications.
Q4 What is the standard delivery timeframe and payment terms?

Delivery Time: Approximately 38 days after confirmation of shop drawings and receipt of deposit.

Payment Terms: Typically 30% - 50% T/T deposit, with the remaining balance due before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.

Q5 What standard frame colors and surface finishes are available?
Our standard powder coating options include Frost Black and Silver Grey. Additional finishes such as Anodized, Electrophoresis, and Wood Grain are available upon request.
Q6 What warranty coverage do you offer?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame surface integrity (anti-fading and anti-peeling) and proper hardware performance under correct operation. A dedicated 10-year warranty is included for German brand hardware.
