Step 1

Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.

Step 2

Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and with about 10-15 units of doors & windows.

Step 3

All goods fixed by steel bar with screws one by one to the iron pallets, ensuring total pallet stability. Wrap the whole pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.

Step 4

Use forklift to load goods into container, inserting pallet space with air bags to ensure 100% safe transportation with careful inspection.

What is your typical production delivery time?

Standard delivery time is approximately 38 days after deposit payment and final shop drawings are confirmed.

Are windows delivered with glass installed or glazed on-site?

Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on unit dimensions to guarantee safe transit and easier installation on-site. On-site glazing is only recommended for oversized custom products.

What warranty is provided with your products?

A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering frame anti-fading/peeling and smooth hardware operation under standard use. German hardware carries a direct 10-year warranty.

What are your standard payment terms?

Standard payment terms are 30% - 50% deposit via T/T, with remaining balance settled before shipment delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
