Place units on heavy-duty iron steel pallets capable of loading 2.0 tons (approx. 10-15 door/window units per pallet).
Secure all goods onto iron pallets using steel bars and screws to ensure complete stability, then wrap the entire pallet in protective film to block water and dust.
Load pallets into shipping containers using forklifts, filling gaps with air bags for 100% safe transport under strict supervision.

A: Pricing depends on your specific requirements. Please provide: 1) Shop drawings/schedule showing dimensions, quantity, and type; 2) Frame color preferences; 3) Glass specifications (single/double, clear/tinted/Low-E, argon filled, etc.).
A: Delivery takes approximately 38 days after deposit payment and shop drawings are fully confirmed.
A: Standard payment terms are 30%–50% T/T deposit, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
A: Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on unit dimensions to ensure safety during transit and ease of overall installation. On-site glazing is recommended only for oversized products.
A: We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame finishes against peeling/fading and reliable hardware performance. In the event of quality issues, replacement parts are dispatched promptly via international courier.
