Do windows come with glass installed or do they require onsite glazing?
Products arrive fully pre-assembled with complete glass, frame, sash, and hardware. You can directly install them into the wall opening on-site.
What warranty is provided?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, ensuring frames will not fade or peel off, and hardware functions properly under normal operation. If any quality issues occur, replacement parts will be dispatched via international courier promptly.
