The standard delivery time is 28 to 45 days after the deposit is received and all shop drawings are confirmed.

Our standard options feature high-quality powder coating finishes, available in Frost Black and Silver Grey. Other custom RAL colors are also available upon request.
Q5 Do windows come with glass pre-installed or glazed onsite?
Windows come complete with glass, frame, sash, and hardware fully installed at the factory. You can directly install them into the wall opening on site.
Q6 What is your product warranty policy?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame finish (unfading and non-peeling), as well as smooth operation for hardware and accessories. Replacement parts are dispatched promptly via international express if required.
